OMG easy and great results.
Well upon reading reviews, stating this is hard is like saying running is hard for a marathon runner. Super easy to mount and install. Yes you have do look up your specific vehicle IAT sensor wires. Polarity doesn't matter in the install.Now for results. 2007 Toyota FJ w/ cold air intake.I have not done a dyno but very noticeable power gain through the whole RPM range. And as for gas mileage increase- I was about 16.7-17 mpg at best. Now (if you keep your foot out of it) I'm getting a steady 18.5. Tested through 4 full fill ups. I would say within a matter of months, this will pay for itself with gas savings.Very good and super easy product and install!!

Awesome little chip!
So this chip works well to help improve gas mileage. I have had it for several months and I have consistently got 2 to 3 MPG more then I was getting originally. I have not seen any issues with increased temperature of the engine, even in the hot Colorado sun with the A/c on. With regards to the acceleration, I really think that it is minimal. I did feel like shifting with acceleration seemed smoother, not as much drop between shifts. Maybe that is my imagination. But I think it is worth it to get and super easy to install, just me careful unwrapping the wires.

Wrong chip
Hi guys, got my FJ chip tested prior to installation On the package it said for 4.0 fj cruiser etc. When my garage checked the software, it was programmed for a MAZDA 3 wire connection. My FJ has a TRD cold air intake and it doesn't plug direct. personally not too pleased. If anything before purchasing include in the notes to make sure of the software and hardware wiring

Product works awesome. Mileage is up and engine runs smooth. Can definitely feel the kick up in the power also. Customer service was AWESOME!!! Sent in my year model and make and book full schematic and exactly which wire to connect to since mine had five wires.

No performance improvement as advertised
Does not perform as advertised. I installed it following the procedures strictly, but do not find any improvements at all.

09 FJ Cruiser no performance improvement
I did not get an improvement in gas mileage or horsepower (I used dash command to evaluate the HP change via 0-60 passes). The chip caused my vehicle to throw an emission code. I removed the chip, reset the ecu and no more problems.
