I am looking at these for my 5 year old, is she too old? Thanks

My 5 year old still likes playing with these now and again but got much more out of them at a younger age. A 5 year old will find it quite easy to handle the tools and open up the 'rock' which was is a big point of the toy. Nevertheless my daughter loves the gems as they are very reminiscent of the jewels of Snow White's dwarves and fabulous rainbow colours.
