Read the picture directions on the product page.
Great product, does what it says it will do and blocks out the light and glare from the windows in my door. You need to follow the instructions that are listed on the product page. 1. Clean window 2. Spray with water or wet with paper towel 3. Remove clear backing (use two pieces of duct tape to pull them apart easier) 4. Apply to window 5. Use a card or scraper to apply film and remove bubble. And now you are done.

Probably would work better if you can unroll and let sit smooth out.
Ok for the money, but I had a problem with the static cling to the windows. Because it was rolled up for so long, the static cling to the windows was not strong. Pealed off to easily. ( it was installed correctly, all bubbles were removed )
