This sleeping aid works sometimes and sometimes not. At first it did great, but over time, my body is inconsistent about how it responds to this supplement. I was a bit disappointed because I have to keep searching for a solution to my sleep problems.

Overall it works well for me
I have been using a CPAP machine for 10 years and sleep aids for most of that time also. I found this product to work best for me and I have been using it for 5 years. But I must admit that it does not appear to be working as well this year.

My sister in law gave me a bottle of this stuff and it works! I take 1 hour before I go to bed and wake up without the tiredness or hangover feeling.

Last year it worked well. This year Ambitropin works only up to 1 or 2 o'clock AM and then both, my wife and I have to use other pills bought over the counter. For a total of $78.00 Ambitropin a package, - it is not worth it. Sorry.
