Great quality. Great buy. But still little too pricey.
This set of blocks is a lot of fun for my two year old daughter to stack up and knock down- over and over again. The magnets in the blocks are strong too. The set comes with a colorful booklet filled with pictures of different ways to assemble the blocks. But, because of how small the blocks are I can’t say I agree with how expensive this set is. If I have to buy more blocks so she can build something larger, I have to dish out another $30. I enjoy spending money on toys and gifts for my daughter, so I’m not always caring about the cheapest buy when I’m looking for something I think she’ll play with for a long time. These are fun blocks but after getting them and seeing all that $30 bought me, I would think this was the perfect buy if they had been $10 cheaper. Either way, expensive for you or not, if you are looking for some magnetic play blocks that work well and your kid(s) will love to play with- these are the ones to buy.

I go between loving these and being lukewarm - best blocks I've found, still not amazing
I wanted to build real-life Minecraft blocks for my son. Most of the magnetic blocks that I've found do not connect from any direction, and do not have strong enough magnets. These blocks are the best that I've found so far, and they should be, since they are probably the most expensive.Pros:You can connect them to each other from any direction due to some creative internal design where the corners have magnets that can change direction/polarity. Many competing blocks require that you orient them in a particular way to make them stick together. They feel very sturdy. They are slightly heavy for their size, which is okay...They are still a reasonable price, although you need to buy multiple sets to have enough to build anything interesting with them. 40 blocks *sounds* like a lot, but it's really not many at all, especially when they are this small.Cons:The magnet strength seems to have some poor QC. Some blocks have very strong attraction to other blocks, and some have much weaker attraction. Generally, even in the worst cases, it's more than strong enough for them to hold their own weight, but if you want to start building complex structures you may find the irregular/lack of magnetic strength frustrating. Also, the fact that the blocks are solid and a bit heavy actually works against them when it comes to the weaker magnets. What I'm doing with them:I print out papercraft Minecraft blocks on a color printer, sized the properly fit over the blocks, glue them on, and then use acrylic seal on the outside. So far I've done about 100 blocks of various Minecraft block patterns. My preschool-age son has been obsessed with Minecraft and absolutely loves the blocks. Combine it with some figures and he can "play Minecraft" in real life.If you don't want to put that much effort into them, you can just play with them as-is. The box comes with some designs to copy, although some of the designs require multiple sets to build.

Played With Everyday!!!
I bought these as a Christmas gift for my 6 year old grandson with disabilities. He loves blocks and lining up his toys according to size and color. One of the things that holds him back is he can’t use his hands to grab things. He absolutely loves these blocks!!! He plays with them almost daily. He can scoot them where he wants them to go as a whole group. He can rearrange them by color. They are very sturdy as well (as I’ve witnessed his twin brother standing on them occasionally). After being scooted across the floor daily, these blocks still have not broken, chipped or loss their color. I am so glad I bought these!! When gift-giving for my grandson, I can’t get the typical toys that other kids get. I was so excited to see how much he liked these blocks.

Most played with toy at grandmas house!
I bought these to keep at my house when the grandkids visit. They are the most used toy I have here - and good for all ages! Very expensive but worth it! I bought another set too.

Great style with sparkles
These sandals are very nice. I purchased three pair in different colors. I’m pleased with them all. However, with the light colors if you’re wearing darker shades of jeans the color can transfer on to the shoe heel area.

Fun for Kids and Adults
Bought a set for my 2.5 year-old twins, and it's a hit with them, and with me! I love blocks, and these just make building effortless.I'm back to get additional sets. They are small, but feel nice in hand, and I like the clicking sound as they adhere to one another. I don't find the magnets too weak, as another reviewer said; I'm glad I took a chance and ordered them, because at this price, I wasn't sure.Update, 2 years later: Twins still play with these at age four, and not one block has ever broken! We have the color version, and additional sets do stick to the first set, just fine. This is one of my better Amazon purchases. Not much holds the attention of small children, but this has been worth the money.

So much fun, sturdy, colorful, strong magnetic and safe blocks. Kids love them!
I bought these for my 3 year old. I think these magnetic blocks are the best thing ever invented for kids. My 7 and 13 year old play with them too. Colorful, strong magnets about 1 inch blocks. The kids have made every design imaginable with them. They come with a book on all the fun things you can make with them. My 7 year old like to make words with them, my 3 year old makes towers and my 13 year old uses them for AdHd and also like to create things too. These blocks are strong, sturdy, fun, and endless ideas. I even enjoy using them with the kids. You cant go wrong buying these for your children. They will be thoroughly entertained. Price is great for these. I have no regrets.

EXCELLENT Interactive Toy!
My 3 year old grandson always goes for these blocks when he comes over. He plays with them for hours! They are a great size for toddler hands - not too big, not to small. He can really build tall structures since they all stick together. Plus they make a marvelous, satisfying clinking noise when you attach and detach the magnets! LOL I may purchase another set so he can build bigger things - I would definitely buy these again.
