DNA MOTORING Factory Style Catalytic Converter Exhaust Header Replacement Compatible with 01-03 Rav 4 2.0/01-03 Rav 4 2.0, OEM-CONV-011

I just installed this on my 2007 Toyota tundra with a 5.7l engine. This replaces the two catalytic converters on the passenger side of the vehicle. The parts fit in place perfectly and made swapping the whole section very easy. It does not come with the flange nuts or bolts but it did include the gaskets between the flanged sections. I have not driven it enough to know if it will keep the check engine light off but so far it runs amazing and I highly recommend this product.

Easy to install and the normal sound of the engine is restored.

Item as described, little work fitting heat shield but worked

This product technically fits, but just barely. All of the heat shields that surround the factory exhaust manifold and catalytic converter needed modification to fit properly. I used a dremel to make the lower 2 heat shields fit (open up the bolt holes on the heat shield) and gave up on the top one it was so far off.Also the manifold bolts in place against the head of the car (where the flange is) but on the opposite end of the manifold where it mounts to brackets and the block, it was significantly out of alignment and could not get these bolts in place.Though not all the bolts are in place it is currently usable and I haven’t noticed any major exhaust leaks, but I do not recommend this unit if proper fitment matters. I recommend spending a little more for a better product.

This fit perfectly and was a fairly easy install once I got the bolts out of the old part.

The converter seems to work, and although it is extremely tight, fits on the gasket. However the heat shields do not fit on this converter at all. frustrating. will update if it seems to work on my emissions.Update, failed after about 1 year

Cat was a perfect fit. Gasket was right and exhaust donut also. Job only took about two hours to complete. Still working great.

Had clogged cats on my daughters 2002 rav4; I was skeptical to buy this but it was a nice replacement for the OEM manifold. Like others mention, the mounting holes for the heat shields needed a little persuasion; but I was able to make some adjustments to the mounting holes and all was good.
