The flavors are very clean and inviting. Good mushroomy background flavors without being overbearing for other veggie or meat add-ins. While most other risottos are massively starchy, this risotto has a nice al dente chew while still having nice starchiness. My usual mushroom brand of risotto is Trevijano, but it's almost impossible to find now. This risotto is at least as good and will now be my preferred risotto. Highly recommended.

One of my favorite foods is lobster risotto, which I often make from scratch, but it's a lot easier to start with a packet like this. Obviously this isn't lobster flavor, but Giusto Sapore is the best brand I've ever tried. And, I'm into truffles... Made from natural ingredients and packed with real truffle pieces it's very, very tasty. You can alter the broth you cook it in to change the flavor (I like a bone broth), gussy it up with mushrooms and asparagus, or add some protein, but however you cook it, it's hard to go wrong with this one.

Delicious and SO easy to make. Great flavor. In addition Risotto has NO cholesterol and next to no fat. Great as a side dish. I bought several flavors!

This is a great dish for Lent. It is so easy to make. We love Risotto and I have often made risotto with chicken broth, shallots and Parmesan cheese. This can easily be served with chicken like Cacciatore for a stellar meal.

We ordered the Cheese variety, Delicious! Followed directions, cooked it in chicken stock, cooked it almost twice as long, when done I added a mix of additional shredded cheeses, Yum! Covered it & let it sit 10 minutes more, taste & texture was perfect! Heated up leftovers the next day, scrumptious.

I made seafood risotto and added some seared scallops & mussels. It was very easy to cook and delicious. I'll try all other flavors.

I paid the extra money to be able to have quick seafood risotto but highly disappointed with the taste. My family and I all agree. It tasted like Rice-A-Roni, which is about less than four dollars and I paid over $10 for this and after tasting this brand I don’t think I would buy it again even at four dollars.

I don’t usually buy “ convenience” foods but was tempted by this product. It was outstanding. Wonderful flavor. I’ve ordered four more to have on hand. Enjoy!
