They need smaller sizes for ear covers
I adore these, wonderful sound quality once I found a setting I liked and they work perfectly. But my complaint with these, as with most earbuds, is that they only have large sizes that aren’t suitable for small women. The smallest size is far too large for my teensy ears. I am a fully grow human, 29 years old, but my ears are a bit small. The covers that come with these don’t even come close to fitting in my ears. Luckily, other covers fit on them, unluckily, they have a sharp tab to keep the special covers on, and those tabs cut into my ears since normal bud covers are only on the part that goes in the ear. They’re also not as secure as they would be with the normal ear pieces. It would be super easy for yall to accommodate smaller people but I still love them for the sound quality.Edit: wearing a headband or beanie over them helps to keep them secure in my ears.

Amazing!
These headphones are amazing. They're a slight improvement over the Jaybird Tarah. Some remarks:1. audio quality is clear and amazing. If you like deep heavy bass you can crank it up with Jaybird's equalizer2. the magnets on each side are a nice and useful feature3. the Jaybird app is also very useful for customization4. had no issues with over-sweating, dropping water or running outside while raining etc

Heavy sweat proof, not so sure
I am a long time Jaybird user and have had a few of their products. The good is, they work really good. (for a while) The bad is they must have some design flaws with dealing with moisture. This is about the third pair I have had over a five year people. Sometimes their products last two years, sometimes one year, but this time they lasted for less than three months. All of the previous experiences, including this one revolve around "sweat." The more you sweat, I believe it gets into the microphone area and damages the product. During the cooler months, with less sweating, they work fine. I am actually a big fan of these when they work. Side note: The Jaybird Vista's have given me NO problems, but they *don't* have a little cord with a microphone hole. This is why I think the sweat is damaging the Tarah pro microphone which has a little hole in the plastic to pick up your voice. (I don't even use it for phone calls) If they removed that mic, then the product would be MUCH more reliable for heavy fitness sessions. So - AMZ will only accept returns for 30 days, so I have opened a support ticket with Logitech who now owns them. We shall see if they replace them.

Love these ear phones!
I lost my first pair of these. I was so upset because I really liked the way they fit in my ear and you can go over or under the ear. They twist just right for a perfect fit. Ordered a new pair right away. Jaybird quit making these which is so disappointing. Glad I found these!

Terrible fit
These headphones seemed so promising with the ability to change out the ear pieces for different sizes but the execution is just not successful. The size customization isn’t useful when you can’t change the size of the wing separately from the ear piece size. Bottom line, don’t get these. I’ve had cheaper ear buds that felt more comfortable.

Great battery life and sound -- but too much isolation and and no mute
I ordered these to have a single headphones to last all day on one charge. My activities include work and yoga Zoom meetings, walking, and lots of cycling. The major draw of these headphones was the battery life and the fact that they were designed for exercise. I realized a couple of problems right away:- there was way too much noise isolation -- I was expecting something designed for running to allow you to hear things in the environment- no mute capability -- this is essential for Zoom or phone calls- can only do one device at a time. I knew about about this, but switching between my laptop and my phone was more inconvenient than I expectedOn a positive note the sound was good and I really liked the fit.I'm returning these and have ordered the Jabra Elite Active 45e which a dedicated mute button, more open design and can use two devices at a time. The battery life is not hear as good, but hopefully it will be enough.

I used these a lot
I used my headphones a lot and I put them through the ringer. My last pair of Jaybird Tarah Pros lasted me a little of a year which is pretty good for me. They were still going strong until I accidently left them in my gym shorts that went through the washer.

Never held a charge.
I bought these to replace my Bose, after reading a positive review in Runners World. Unfortunately, first time using them after a supposedly full charge, they didn't last even 2 hours. I recharged them, and unplugged them from the charger to use them the next day, and overnight they lost all charge. Realizing I must need to keep them connected to a charger (which is completely stupid), I left them on the charger overnight then turned them on for a run, and status voice said "Low" (no they were not on, and no bluetooth connected). Contacted service dept. and after a couple days they recommended hard resetting, and searching for updated firmware. Nope. Done. Returned them for another pair of Bose SoundSports. All's well now.
