Great for teenagers!
I was worried reading the reviews on how these would fit. I’m a high school girls soccer coach and ordered these for my captains of course. As you can see I have pretty skinny arms and the adult fits me perfect. I think this size is great for teenagers and I’m in my late 20s lol! Could run a bit small for some but for this age group they are perfect!

Nice..but too small for 10 year olds
Bought these for the teams I coach (U18 through U12) and they do not fit even the U12 kids. They are made very well, but are very small and tight.
