Nice and strong compared to the knockoff brand I had! This gets me going in the morning. I wag my face and then do 5-10 minutes about 14 inches away from the panel. It helps my mood and my morning skin inflammation goes away, especially around my nose and eyes!

This is a very heavy duty unit for the price! On the downside, you cannot just close your eyes and get your eyelids - you MUST wear the eye protection

Great. The nm levels are perfect for red light therapy. The light is durable and works well. However it’s pretty expensive.

After doing some research I found that Hooga seemed to be the most affordable red light device that has science backed data and testing showing it had the proper wavelengths and strength. The build is very durable, while it is on there is a slight humming from the lights? and the fan but I do not think it is loud or noisy by any means. I do wish I got double the size for the product but I understand that it is pricey for a reason. I was surprised that the energy level really feels like it is penetrating my skin (at 6 inches which can be trickier to set up than I originally thought) but I do notice a decrease in depression and anxiety and slightly better sleep? It genuinely feels very nice when I use it, like sunbathing in the morning but no risk of sunburn. If I had the budget I would get 2 of the largest panels and stand in between every day for 15 min, but sadly I can only afford a small rectangle and use on my face/chest for now. I have tried using it on my back where I have pain from dental work, I do find it provides temporary relief, perhaps similar to heat therapy? But I am not sure if it provides any long term benefits for that purpose.

Love this red light therapy! I have it in my room and can noticeably tell a difference when using it in my nightly routine. Super bright and definitely lights up my entire room. Would recommend for anyone who needs a boost of energy or is needing some pain relief and relaxation.

I've used red light therapy (660 nm) to maintain healthy blood pressure for 4 years with a red light device from a different company, not Hooga. I ordered this Hooga device while traveling for two months because I needed a lighter weight device to fly with. My home device by a different company weighs 14 pounds and this Hooga device weighs 7 pounds. This Hooga red light sent my blood pressure soaring each time I used it and had the opposite effect it should have had on my blood pressure. I tried it several times and each time my blood pressure soared. I ended up seeing a doctor while on my trip and had to go on blood pressure medicine for the first time in my life. I stopped using the Hooga light on my trip and bought a red light device from a different company, and that red light brought down my blood pressure to a healthy level, as it should have. This Hooga device caused me to have a medical emergency. I do not recommend this light. Fortunately, I'm off the blood pressure medicine now and using red light to maintain healthy blood pressure. The light I use is not by Hooga, whose light device harmed my health.
