This is a good quality bath robe for the price. It does not pill or fray after washing. The fabric weight is not the heaviest, but again, for the price it is good. I am 5'9" and slender. I ordered the Large/Medium and it fits perfectly in the shoulders, arms and waist. If I was any taller, it would be too short so if you are over my height, or if you normally wear a large, I would get the next size up.

I purchased this robe three months ago to replace a terry robe that had lasted for years. Like some other reviewers, I like some aspects about this robe. Although it is slightly scratchy at first, within a few days or so, the fabric softens up and is comfortable. I have fairly sensitive skin - can't wear most wool, for example - so I'd say this fabric is pretty comfortable. Sizing is pretty accurate; I typically wear a large, and this large fits me and is plenty long enough in the sleeves for my 34" sleeve length.Having said that, I must say that after only three months of casual wear, this robe is starting to show distinct signs of fraying all over the robe. I can tell that this robe is not going to last even a yer before it looks a bit like a bit like a rag, with threads coming loose all over the place. Because of this, I cannot recommend this robe. I know others have said that for the price, they feel this robe has value. But, I'm old school, I guess, because I expect a robe to at least last a year. My last terry robe lasted a good ten years.

I have to say that the robe is very warm and fits nicely, however, after only owning a month, it is shredding! The shredding started shortly after I got it, but it wasn't all that bad so I kept it, but now, a month later, the robe is a mess with strings hanging all over. My wife walked by me the other day while I was wearing it and she said I looked like I was attacked by a cat!I bought it from Amazon and intended to return it, but it is beyond the return window so I'm now looking for another robe and will most likely just throw this one away.

I was nervous to purchase this robe offline because of the other reviews regarding the sizes; however, I purchased it anyway and had my boyfriend's name embroidered and HE ABSOLUTELY LOVES IT!!! He's been wearing it every single day since the first day, all around the house, outside of the house, to greet guests... He's a mess. The only thing that's wrong is the robe material looks a bit messed up after he washed it but I'm not sure if he followed the wash instructions or not. All I know is that I'm going to be purchasing him another robe soon for my place. It's stressing him out to have to carry this robe back and forth lol. Thanks so much for providing a great product that not only makes my boyfriend happy but makes him feel and act boujee.

We purchased a hot tub in late summer of last year, so I bought two of these robes, one for my husband, and one for my teenage son. I washed and machine dried them before first use (they washed up well). They love them. This is our first winter using the hot tub, and they love being able to step out, throw on their robe (like a giant, absorbent towel), and go inside without freezing (mid-Atlantic winters). Perfect length, too. They can discreetly remove their wet trunks to be hung in the laundry room so they're not dripping water all over the floors.

When I removed it from the package and held it up, a bunch of fabric material and thread dropped from the robe, I became concerned that it might be a flimsy product. I snipped off a couple of threads, shook it off and put it in the washer on a gentle cycle, hang dried it, then put it on a short fluff dry cycle.It came out good and absorbs water really very well, better than some heavier terrycloth robes that I've used.It's a medium weight material that absorbs water surprising quickly. Would recommend a gentle wash cycle and hang dry to extend it's life.

I'd had an OK terry robe for a couple of years. I've been in enough hotels with very nice ones that I knew mine was not what i really wanted. So time came to look around.Thing is, it's very hard to tell from exploring on-line to get an accurate picture of comfort and softness and heft and drape and quality. It's easy, i think, to shop carefully for a good robe and still feel you didn't get your money's worth.I'm very happy with this robe. The terry fabric has a great feel: comfortably soft, with enough heft to suggest that the material is still substantial without being weighty.I feel lucky to have wound up with a good choice and good value.

Purchased this robe to officiate a Dudeist wedding in and it was perfect. It's really comfortable and is great for abiding around the house in. Definitely recommend.
