H2O H20 Wireless Micro / Dual SIM Card w/ $30 Month and HJ Wireless Cleaning Cloth. HJ Wireless Activation Kit

I have used this for almost a month and was satisfied. I switched to H2o from the prepaid $30 T-mobile offered by Walmart with 100 minutes talk, unlimited text and 5GB data plan. I usually don't talk much with my cell phone unless it was for emergencies. It was OK with that plan for a year until last month when I had to use my phone more than 100 minutes and was not able to communicate with my family members for few days until I add more monies. After that incident, I looked for a plan with more talk/text and less data and I found H2o. The activation was smooth, but first I was not able to access internet, I had to call H2o customer care so they can guide me to configure my phone. After that, I was not able to receive/send pictues via text. I had to call H2o customer service again and they were able to assist me to configure my phone. I guess the problem is my phone is originally Tmobile unlocked. That's why it needed to reconfigure to fully utilize At&T services.Previously, my husband and I have both Tmobile services. When we were traveling in an area without Tmobile service, then we both could not have any services. I've decided to use AT&T for one of two phones because it has more coverage than Tmobile.

I bought this product for my work cellphone that I use to make deliveries. I don't like people knowing my personal phone number and I figured I'd rather spend $11.99 a month rather then $30 for the same service. So why not give it a try??? After all, it's only $11.99 I'd lose if it didn't work out. So I ordered the item and a few days later it arrived in the mail (fast shipping). I literally just opened the package, followed the instructions that came with the SIM card, waited about 30mins and Voilà...30 days of service! It was that simple.I haven't had any service problems yet, but I have only had it for a week. I will emphasize that I only use my phone for calls and texts, not really to surf the web, So if I do encounter any problems, I will update the ratings accordingly.Also, keep in mind that this is for a Micro/Mini Sim Card that includes the first 30 days of service and 500mb of data. Whenever your month does run out, you can either buy another one of these ( you would get a new number every time) or just refill your minutes with another $30 card.

I received the product within 2 days, as it was eligible for Amazon Prime 2-day shipping. You have to call the dealer HJ Wireless's hotline to activate the SIM card and receive the promotional monthly plan. Unfortunately, their hotline doesn't work some days, so you may have to wait for 1-2 days to finally contact them and give them details about the SIM card. I ported from a previous AT&T number. The process was smooth and fast. My old number was ported to H2O within 6 hours, and I was able to configure the SIM settings by following the instructions on H2O wireless's website. Since H2O uses AT&T's network, the network coverage is exactly the same and this was one of the main reasons that I switched to H2O.Finally, paying just $11.58 for a $30-monthly plan is a great deal and I'd highly recommend getting H2O'd!

So you have to call the number that comes with the package and not the one on the card. The call quality is awful when you call then, sounds like a call center abroad. When I bought this back in Dec 2015, I thought it came with a promotional prepaid $30 charge. Since I only paid $12 for it. Figured it was a good deal. I call today, only to find that I have to pay $30 to activate. I just bought a sim card, though when it was on sale, it was made clear that it included the plan.Anyhow, this is a reseller. Don't trust.

Too lightweight, really difficult user instructions. Won't ever order a phone online again.Placing a call is very delayed, as is ending a call. Unsatisfactory in so many ways I don't have time to post them all now, but will! I also ordered a digitizer/screen for the Kindle Fire I purchased last year yet there's more security on my order history than the Pentagon and I fond NOTHING to inform me to correct this utter waste of money!. You take yourselves too seriously. Going to save up for Apple, from a brick-and-mortar store, from now on.

Got the product as it is. But there are some network coverage problem in some areas.

Excellent service, very knowledgeable, set up with no fuss. Was also able to port my old number over from ATT without any issues while sprint told me it was not possible to port a post-paid number to a pre-paid plan. Saved me load of trouble.

Had to give it one star to write this review. Bought card for my planned travels to the Dominican Republic, listed as a country it works in, it does not. Activation was painless and worked from my home in the US but if you plan on using if for travel it did not work at all in the DR
