Worked well for me, good quality
I needed the 1/4 male to 1/2 female ACME adapter from this two adapter set to attach the hose from my dye injector to the center port (normally where the yellow hose attaches) of my Pittsburg (Harbor Freight) A/C manifold gauge set. It worked great! I had to install the valve (included) in the adapter so that the valve on the dye hose would open up when screwing the dye hose on to the adapter. (The adapter is circled in the photos.)

Threads cut wrong
The R12 to R134A adaptor would not except the R134A hose connectors from my gauges or any other R134A connector I have. I believe the adaptor threads are cut wrong.
