Update 2025. My previous one broke from rough use for about 2 years. Checked my order history and ordered a new one. The new one works flawlessly. No setup or pairing required. Thanks Upix team.**********First off thanks to seller Upix for speedy delivery and quality product.I had previously purchased one from the same seller which served well over a year. When I couldn't get delivery during lockdown, I tried local shop but that one broke down in 6 months. So this time I ordered again from upix. They offer great customer support through their WhatsApp and the delivered product works quite well. Don't buy a cheaper knock off to save money. Upix delivers good quality remotes according to your tv which will serve well for long use.All the keys work. No damage on remote or signs of being used previously. Genuine new product.Thanks upix.

GOOD PRODUCT BUT QUALITY OF PLASTIC COULD BE BETTER.

I have ordered a remote .but it was not working. Hence submitted for return. But nobody to pick up for return

This remote works perfectly. The buttons on my old one were getting harder and harder to use, so it is a relief to have a new remote with responsive buttons again. It is a bit lighter weight than the original, but it works flawlessly.

It is poor quality replacement for original Tata Sky remote. The battery cover keeps falling off. The remote buttons are hard to press.
