Seed Starting Made Easy
Best seed starter kits I’ve ever used! The trays are sturdy and easy to reuse, and the vented domes really help control humidity. I paired them with heating mats this year, and every single seed I planted sprouted—first time that’s ever happened. They made the whole process simple and successful. Highly recommend!

So far, so good! After much online research and comparison I am glad I bought this set!
I just received this set a few days ago and am happy with the quality of the trays, inserts and covers. I can easily pick them up and feel the sturdiness of the product which is nice knowing that I will receive longer life from them than others I have ordered in the past. I opted for the 5 tray set thinking it would be a good quantity to start out with and see how well the set works for my needs. I like that once I have finished with the seedlings that I can easily clean up the set and easily store it one piece on top of the other for safe keeping and saving space. The set up is simple to do by adding water to tray, seed starting medium to the inserts and using the dibber to help punch holes as needed. I bought some brightly multi colored seed "T" labels that fit well inside the trays while the lid is on. In just a few days I noticed I already have a seedling popping out! I am looking forward to trying the widger tool to remove the seedling and transplant it safely once it is big enough. I like the height of the lids and the option of opening or closing the vents to maintain the level of moisture needed. So far, so good! After much online research and comparison I am glad I bought this set!

A good product but can use some fine tuning.
Compared to other trays I’ve used, these are more durable and a better value. The cell tray is rigid enough to carry on its own once filled with soil, unlike other brands that are flimsy and need a tray for support. I’m impressed with the adjustable vents on the lids. They snap securely in place and won’t fall off like others. The dome material is also thicker than other items on the market which was a pleasant surprise. My only gripes are that the cell tray does not sit tight within the bottom tray and shifts around slightly when handling, and if your not careful with handling, your cell tray can fall out. Likewise, the dome does not snap to the tray for a secure fit. It’s loose and can easily be knocked off or blown off by wind. The sticker strips they give to hold the dome on is just a half hearted solution to the design problem. Removing them to look inside your tray is a real hassle.

Very sturdy
These are sturdy and perfect.for starting seeds. I love the tools for scooping seedlings and the vent on the top. Even came with labels. So much higher quality that the ones in the store.

Excellent product!
Very sturdy, very practical, I have tried many brands, this one is the best.Only downside is that it is not a 72 pots version…

Great until time to plant
These work well UNTIL it's time to transplant. Because the insert is ONE PIECE rather than several sections of six or four, you have to lift out the ENTIRE CELL SHEET when you want to remove the seedlings. This was a nighmare, as you try to remove one all the others are being tortured and tussled. In the future, I will buy the celles that have four or six sections.

Durable, easy to use, works
I love the vented tops. The plastic is not rigid but sturdy enough that it is holding up to being moved around (and I stack them at night due to space). The lids are designed to sit gently on top not to click in place; this is by design. The last thing you want is to try and pry a lid off and risk disturbing the soil/seeds so it is nice that the lids don't grab. The lids help maintain humidity, warmth, and air control. I also appreciate that it comes with the solid bottom watering trays- great for catching drips. I used a silver marker to write the plant type and sow date directly on the edges of the tray.I bought the 5 pack and planted multiple vegetable seeds on 01/22/23; As of 02/05/2023 I already have kale (2 types), spinach, lettuce (several varieties), cauliflower, and lavender sprouted! Initially I kept these in the garage and put them out in the sun during the day (in the 40's). I'm in zone 8. However, we just got through several days of an ice storm. I moved the seed trays inside and used an old tube light on them (it wasn't a grow light but enough to keep them doing well for 3 days). I was able to move the trays back outside in the sun today (tops off); they will go back in the garage tonight since temps are back in 40's (with tops on). I did not use heat pads rather I used warm (not hot) water to spray my seeds when watering. Do some youtube videos on how to use seed trays/covers and start seeds- glad I did. I would def. buy these again.FYI, I have 2 different types of trays you see in my pics the smaller ones do not have vents and I don't like that (got them elsewhere). You do not see the vented dome on my trays outside (the large ones) because the seeds are all sprouted and the tops need to be off because they need the sun now. The stacked boxes show how I keep them at night in the garage. Last pic shows seed sprouts starting.
