These are the perfect size for labeling all my garden vegetables and fruits. The marker writes easily and dries quickly so it doesn't smear! I also like the height of them so they are able to stick in far enough that they don't blow away but still out far enough I can see what I wrote!

Just what we expected. The white plastic labels are sturdy enough to fit in the dirt but thin enough to punch a hole in them to hang.

Pen is junk and is a "CD marker" (literally says that on the pen); but the plastic markers are legit and the perfect size, they seem big in pics, but it's pretty standard but slightly bigger which makes it easier to write on it (use a sharpie!)

Prior to purchasing these I was writing on the peat pots with permanent marker. I thought it was a good idea at the time but I was wrong. After a while I could not read them anymore. The writing was still there but it could not be read because of soil, moisture, and handling. These were a godsend. They are just the right size to suit the purpose. Being some kind of plastic they are very durable. It comes with the pen needed and in a storage pouch which are very convenient. I think with a bit of acetone to remove the ink these could be used again and again.

Labels are more narrow than I thought. My fault. I didnt really need the garden marker. Again, my fault.
