I love this product since I travel a lot. You can eat this right out of the bowl cold, by adding coconut milk and fruit or cold/hot and add salt, Olive oil, tuna and cashews for a quick emergency meal like I do when you don't have time to eat.

I bought a six pack and the first "bowel" tasted fine. However, I ate a small portion of 2 other bowls and it tasted very unpleasant with a sour taste; discarded the rest.
