I purchased this to increase my magnesium. I did try to spray it on my feet as recommended but that was very uncomfortable since my feet stuck to the sheets. So I have sprayed it on my underarms alternating side every night before bed. I am asleep within 10-15 mins and sleep thru the night. I have reordered it multiple times now and love the application and results

I use it at night on my feet for several health benefits. Wish is were oilier. It makes my feet peel, but nothing a pedicure can’t fix.

If you have sensitive skin but in need of pain relief. It does work but because of the salt you absolutely need a carrier oil. My skin began burning in the middle of the night. I had to wipe off the remaining salt on skin and apply coconut oil to soothe my skin.

I'm giving it five stars because, first, for me there was no tingle. I was worried it'd be bothersome. Second, it has helped my sleep cycle. I rub about 8 sprays on my belly 3 nights in a row and I sleep more soundly. I notice I get a not unpleasant funky sensation in my head about 5 -10 minutes after I start rubbing. Kinda feels like my brain gets goosebumps. I'm ok with this it passes in a few minutes. This does not, on the other hand make me sleepy. Just sort of relaxes me in a natural way. Overall I feel pretty good about supplementing with this product. The other conundrum iv noticed is even tho it dries my skin out it makes it SUPER soft and delicate feeling even if I don't apply lotion after it dries.Oh, and to the commenters who don't like the feel...It's not actual oil. It dries. Have patience especially if ur into manicured skin.I did rub it into a bad bruise I got just to see what would happen and it was almost gone by the next day. I'd had the bruise for 3 days before hand and it was extremely painful. So I think it works. Thanks

I seen the TT where everyone was raving about this for pain and helps you get sleep at night, so I began using. Began to notice how dry my feet were looking, then BOOM my feet were peeling , looking like athletes foot , just peeling and flaking away like flames. NO LIE or exageration. I freaked out because I've never had athletes foot or anything wrong with my feet. I kept trying think what would have caused it and then i remembered this product that i'd been using occationally. I looked up on TT and seen a whole bunch of people mentioned the same thing and they stopped using it as well. I had to then buy castor oil and been trying to get my feet back to their original state of being. I do NOT suggest unless your totally willing to ride out having your feet flaking like they are on fire, just flaming peelings ridicoulusly.
