Works well in a room 3x6x8 ft, takes around 15 to warm up sauna room.Wish it was possible to add oils for aroma.Great product. Used 40 Amp double pole breaker.Make sure to install steam head at approximately at 12 inches above floor level, anything higher will not heat up the sauna efficiently leaving feet cool while the rest of the body especially head very hot. Suggestion for informal heating.Dislike:Steam head after 1 month in use already deformed and chrome coating started to crack. Didnt expect this to happen.Water inlet valve closes rapidly generating high water pressure noise or "water hammer". Instructions should have mentioned this and prevebtitive measure of using hammer arrestor or hand valve to reduce water flow on the inlet of the Steam generater to reduce the noise.May need to use some extra insulating foam under steam tank to keep it leveled.Likes:Great product, great customer service.All items were delivered quick in great condition. Installation instructions were transparent, hook up very straight forward, electrical and pluming. If not clear than can always communicate to the seller.Times works well and proper.Temperature sensor is accurate as long as it is installed mid height and away from steam nozzle or direction of steam.Note: if possible install the unit on the same level of the steam nozzle to minimize number of bends, pipe length. It is a must to use insulation foam, if steam supply pipe is inside or outside for safety and seal tight to prevent moisture building up behind drywall or in the location of the unit.Update:2021.02.25Received replacement stainless steel round nozzle. Much better quality, super fast shipping, realiable customer service. New nozzle comes with 4 ports instead of 2 like in original package. Much better steam distribution.Very very pleased customer.Wish other sellers were as supportive as this seller.

I got the 6k model and my cubic space is 180 and it takes about 15 minutes to reach 110 temp. Runs fantastic. It took some work to install but we were able to accomplish it ourselves. One major thing I didn’t like was the bottom auto drain when turned tight it’s always upside down, i made many attempts but the threading always makes it land upside down, but it works regardless and mostly just i cosmetic.I noticed I received the metal steam head and not a plastic one which is great, apparently they used to send one that flaked apart but this ones is great.

I was working on a project for our new bathroom… we finally got to the steamer and tried to instal it but it isn’t working. The product support and return window is also closed… wasted $900. You would’ve thought a product this expensive would’ve had a longer return window or product support.

This steam unit works extremely well with the same features as more expensive steamers. It has a temperature control unit , set the temperature you want and it cycles on and off. It has quick connect cables for the 3 components. The only problem was the lack of an accurate wiring diagram which the electrician had to obtain from the manufacturer.

It was good for a few days. It started to not work at random and then stopped working completely. Their tech support was good. I took it out and got it to work. Might not have been installed correctly by plumbing and electrical contractors. Maybe water line was clogged due to debris in the lines. The house is new. The unit seems turns on/off well now but takes a long time to heat the space. I would suggest getting the biggest unit you can afford.

This was a replacement for the previously installed steam shower generator. This unit is a wonderful value with high ratings compared to units costing much more. The installation manual is straight forward and easy to understand. Outstanding customer service! I most likely damaged the control cable during installation. I received a new cable within 3 days via Fedex after contacting the seller. No charge! All around ....5 stars for sure!

I have no complaints; this product is wonderful, works well and provides plenty of steam. It’s easy to operate. Installation is no joke so take that into account. We hired a plumber and an electrician for this project.

We installed this steam in our bathroom and is working just perfect . And I also want to mention the excellent customer service from the vendor. I lost one of the cables and they were kind enough to send me another one with no cost .
