I misplaced my original one and this was easy to setup.

It worked right of the box for me.
I don’t know what unit I have but it’s a Mitsubishi/Trane. Lost a remote and this one looked like a Chinese replacement so I gave it a shot. All I had to do was supply batteries and turn it on. I reset the unit from the remote and was good to go. Remote from Amazon on the left, original one on the right.

Works just fine with my msy-gl18na.
Look for a replacement remote that works with msy-gl18na inside head unit, well this works. I was suspicious at first but my remote was not working I took a chance based on Amazon reviews and sure enough it works. It's not as robust as the OEM remote that came with my original purchase and seens less sturdy but the function is fine. It is so cheap that if I have to purchase another one it will be no big deal.

Works Perfectly - Be sure to program it
Excellent value. Less than half the price of the one from the manufacturer. Look like original. No complaints. But be sure you take the time to read the label on the back, so you can program it. Go through the steps to do it right. I think, if your A/C model is on the Amazon ad list, it will work. but be sure to program it. Right out of the box, you likely have less than 1 in 10 chance it works. Program it. Label is on the back of the remote. Perfect place, just in case.

Perfect replacement.
Our remote control for one of our Mitsubishi split system AC units stopped working after > 7 years of functioning normally. I fount this replacement remote control for the specific AC unit on Amazon. Shipping took a little over a week and it arrived in perfect condition (no AAA batteries were included). Functions identically to the original, which is the best I could ask for. Very happy with this purchase.

Relax and cool off.
My Mitsubishi remote just stopped working in the midst of the hottest day. A simple search on Amazon for my model was there, naturally. I was somewhat skeptical that upon getting my replacement, it would actually work, but it certainly did work perfectly. It is an exact replica of my Mitsubishi and operates just like the original, and surprise now my original remote started working again, so now I have a backup if needed. Recommend highly.
