Easy to adjust size!
I purchased this bracelet not for the benefits of it, so I can't really speak to the effectiveness of it. I purchased the bracelet because it was cute and came with an adjuster. It didn't come with instructions so I figured it out through trail and error. First you place the bracelet through the holder and twist the screw piece down. The hollow heart should be facing up. Then you align the screw with the hole and twist the screw up until it pushes the pin out. Remove the amount of links needed to fit your wrist. Realign the holes and push the pin back in. I used a tweezer to push the pin all the way back down. I also removed the middle pieces instead of the end piece. I found that this made it easier to realign it and push the pin back in.

A real beauty
I didn't buy the for the magnet or its supposed health benefits. If I did, I will have to say this has not worked. I don't notice any difference in my sleep pattern, my level of fatigue or the pain that I feel on my wrist. But, again, I didn't get this bracelet for the germanium.What I wanted was a titanium bracelet I could wear to work. I wear gloves for an 8 hour shift, and the latex gloves oxidize silver so I am limited to stainless steel jewelry.The bracelet is thick, but not heavy. The links are secure and it has held up well. It takes a beating from me; from work to chores to showering and even sleeping, I don't take it off. It's still shiny and very easy to clean. The hearts make it a very feminine piece, and I might buy one for my grandmother for her birthday because she saw it and me and wanted the exact same one.I did have to take out two links to get it down to my size. The contraption that came along wth the bracelet was easy to use, although it might be difficult for people with arthritis.

I already bought one for my bad wrist last year...my latest purchase was two that I cobbled together with the help of the excellent tool that comes with it; now I have an ankle bracelet to help with my bad ankle and knee!

This bracelet caused me pain instead of relieving it!!!
The sizing tool I used is completely useless. The bracelet is narrow so when the tool is tightened (as seen in my photo) all the way as far as it will go, it doesn’t push the pin out. I’m fact it barely touches the pin. I tried removing the pin pusher since it’s too short within it’s frame and pushing it out that way, but ended up stabbing my self in the hand and slicing it open. The two lines of “instructions” on how to use the tool are a joke...”push the pin out from the side that is more inside the bracelet (not the side that is flat with the bracelet)”....uhhh ok I would if the tool actually tightened enough to even reach the bracelet. Anyways, this is going back.By the way, I’ve used link removers with other bracelets with out any problems.Too bad too because I really liked the look of this bracelet and had hopes of pain relief. Instead I’m off to Urgent Care for a tetanus shot!!! Wasn’t expecting more pain from this purchase!!!

It definitely does something...
This bracelet affected me the second I put it on. I started to feel light headed, dizzy, and could feel the blood pumping through every inch of my body. I slept with it on the first night and woke up with my arm so sore. I actually freaked out and then read an article from livestrong.com saying there can be side affects and they can last a few days then they will reside. Well, I stuck it out and they did reside and now I barely notice it but I don't know what to say, not sure if it is helping with my health but it definitely does something!

Good quality bracelet
Good quality bracelet! Doesn't look cheap at all! I was afraid of buying it because most bracelets on line look good but then are cheap feeling when you get them. Not with this bracelet. I love the fact that the bracelet comes with a tool that you can easily use to take links off to adjust to your fitting! It would have been nice for instructions on how to use the tool but it wasn't hard to figure out! Would definitely order from this company again.
