Great help to talk you through install, works well
I love Moen because they are there to help talk my through installation. I ( 2 yr old ) actually misplaced a nut and they mailed me out one for free. The faucet works smoothly. My 2 yr old can easily switch from spray to regular. The pull down sprayer is smooth enough for 2 yr old to use. The supporting bracket is not on this model and it seems just a bit less sturdy that the old models years ago. I but Moen because in the past they have mailed out a whole new faucet when the old ones broke, yes a whole new $200 faucet.

Attractive faucet, however, a key part is pure plastic and is liable to break!
Over the past few years, we've become increasingly hooked on those pull out and down kitchen faucets. In the process, we've tried models from several other brands. Yet, in each case, we've had issues like plastic parts wearing out, causing drip leaks. So this time around we thought we'd give this Moen Conneaut kitchen faucet a shot.Shipping was fast - the Conneaut arrived in the original brown product box within 2 days. It is an attractive faucet, but right off the bat, the first thing you'll discover is that there are "no" instructions. To get instructions, they want you to scan in a code on the box to bring you to a website that gives you instructions. OK, I didn't have that capability, so I used a neighbor's phone - only to be brought to a page that was in Spanish only (sigh). But luckily, I had installed quite a few of these in the past, so I went ahead and installed it. The second thing I noticed (which is not good) is that the nut used to "tighten" the assembly against the underneath portion of your sink countertop is a very thin plastic - not metal - which I found disconcerting. They give you a plastic tool to tighten it, but your leverage with that tool is very, very limited. Every other brand of faucet that we've used in the past always had a good-sized metal nut to hold things in place. As a result, I could only tighten it so far for fear of it cracking. So right now, the faucet is not attached as tight as I would have wanted, and it is fairly easy to move the top portion around - so be careful. But really Moen - a plastic nut in one of the most important places? Maybe this is the way it is with this level/price of faucet. And perhaps they provide a metal nut on their more expensive models (those over $200) - who knows?Because it is new, this Conneaut faucet works pretty well with excellent water pressure, and we really love the two water spray options. We will see how it holds up with longer term usage. So I'm giving it only 4 out of 5 stars due to the lack of instructions in the box and the inclusion of a cheap plastic nut to secure the faucet against the countertop (underneath).

Durable.
We have had it for 2 years. Some negative reviews stated it’s plastic, but it’s not a bad thing! It’s lightweight and fits in smaller spaces. Very easy to install, I did it myself. I love its spray function and it looks great!

Tall faucet
This is the best. It’s nice and high which makes refilling dog bowls easier. Looks so nice. Some day I’ll hopefully get 2 more.
