I am so happy I bought this 9K CoVac mini split. Install was easy because they included all the stuff. Line set, communication wires, hole filling putty, drain line, wall sleeve, etc. I had an issue and called them for help. We worked on it over the phone and then they were so great, they shipped me out a whole new exterior unit and a return label to send the other one back. They made it a pleasure to work with them.The unit is so quiet, I can't tell if the outside unit is running unless I look to see if the fan is moving. It cools my 500 so office quickly and quietly.I would buy this product again!

I can't tell you how tired I am of hearing that homes here in Vegas just cannot get cool below 85 when outdoor temperatures are soaring over 110 degrees. Yet when you call in the majority of a/c companies will recommend replacing the unit with the same old technology. Either an HVAC system or a split system. Been there done that, and I have the utility bills to prove it.We're currently working on a remodel in part of the house, and one of the problems to overcome, was not having enough cooling power in one of the rooms. So I decided to add in one of these units to the hot room. I have these units in other homes and I love them. (They are very energy efficient) So much so, that I'm in the process of removing the majority of the central air-ducted units in my own home and replacing with this technology. I should say that I have a full time electrician, so getting the electric work done was a cinch. Once that was done, my handyman hooked the system up, and we had the a/c guy come over to bleed the air out of the system (took 10 minutes). Next time we could do that ourselves.Now that I've gone through the install, I'm going to use more of these units throughout my home.

We have been using the air conditioning for 2 weeks now and it seems to work great. It’s unbelievably quiet and my husband was checking how much electricity it uses and it seems like it’s very energy efficient too. No more hot summers for us!

I ordered two of these units. The shipping was fast. One of the units was damaged and I emailed the company regarding the damage and they responded quickly.Because the damage was cosmetic I decided to keep it.The units work great and barely can hear any noise.I am thinking of buying more units, especially at these prices.

I purchased a larger unit that I installed in my garage. Liked it so much that I purchased this unit for my craft room to replace an old through the wall unit. It's so quiet that I forget it's even on.
