I was expecting this to work well but not as well as it did. I struggled with PPD the first 2 pregnancies and was trying to find things to combat that this time without meds. This worked amazingly. I ran out and struggled until I got another bottle.

This did seem to take the edge off. After a few days I noticed I was not as emotional. I still had bad dreams, however. After about a week I did notice a mood improvement, but there was a day I didn’t take it and I experienced a mental crash where my sad feelings intensified. I read a crazy review on here that made me cackle but convinced me to buy. It tastes like an old fashioned but I mixed it with a bit of body armor and it masked it a bit. I swear by this thing along with cold compress and sunflower lecithin.
