Nordic Ware Nonstick Layer Round Cake Pan, 9 Inch

I’ve had these for a few months and they are baking beautiful cakes. Can’t beat Nordicware quality and after some research gold-ish colors are the way to go for your bakeware and all the online articles seem to have been correct, as I’ve been making amazing cakes for almost a year now.

Worked great! Cake browned perfectly & slid out easily!

I liked that these are aluminum which I read is great for even baking temperature. It also has a light gold color inside so it won't darken a light colored cake too quickly.I used these for chocolate cake and was able to get 2lbs of batter in each one. (I poured two boxes of mix before I read that each box does 2 cakes 😅)The inside feels almost silky but I did rub them with softened butter, use some of the dry cake mix to dust the insides (to avoid white flour contrasting against my chocolate cake), and put a circle of parchment at the bottom to make sure they wouldn't stick.

I haven't used the pans yet. They appeared new (never used) but there was a small dent in one of them. I don't expect this to matter when using them. Considering the price of these pans, I would expect them to be perfect and I see they come from several different vendors and I have no idea which vendor fulfilled my order. Too much hassle to return them but will just be careful if and when I place another order for similar baking pans.

I just start to learn to decorate cake , I had a lot of cake pan but never the same size , that's why I bought 2 of Nordic Natural Aluminum Non Stick cake pan , I'm glad I did it . The cake came very good , it's brown evenly on both , and when I flipped the cake fly right out .The pan is in the good weight , it has a coating non-stick on it .I really like my new cake pan , the most I like is " MADE IN USA " . We have to support our country .Don't support foreign country .Don't buy product made in China . It's might cheaper few bucks but it won't last long so either way you still have spend more .

I had read about this item on America's Test Kitchen and as usual, it does not disappoint. I only purchased one to create a two layer cake that I was baking. I made all the batter at once and then reserved half for after the first cake was complete. This worked out well, but would've been nice if I had two of these! Due to the slightly lighter colored interior a cake will probably need a little more time if you want a strong dark colored outside (alternatively, cinnamon rolls might not brown to the color you'd expect in this pan). As long as your grease this pan prior to placing your cake batter inside you should have no problems removing the cake afterwards.Very sturdy and will need to purchase a second soon!

I bought 3 of these and waited a while before writing the review. I've used them 5 times already, and they are holding up well. No scratches after handwashing. All of the cakes come out nice and level, even baking. I store them with a paper towel in between each of them. These are better than my older cake pans and I am glad I spent more money to get these. I am hoping these will last for years to come. I've used nonstick and other aluminum pans. These are thicker, more heavy duty with a light nonstick coating. So far so good. Great purchase!
