DeltaPower Equipment Portable Miter Saw Stand S36-269, Gray

I needed a nice heavy duty stand for my 12" miter saw. I have owned many Delta products over the years with great luck. This stand is very sturdy and built very well. It is a little on the heavy side which makes it hard to move around. If you mind the extra weight, this would be a perfect stand for anyone. Well worth the money.

D stand was find. But, d shipping was terrible. D box was taped & opened a little. Like, it was thrown on & off d truck. All parts was inside. 5 ⭐️‘s 4 d stand. 3 4 shipping. Lucky, everything was padded. Probably would hve been scratched & parts missing.

While it seems well built, the fit and finish is lacking. The parts that slip into the extension arms barely fit and needed some paint rubbed off to make it so. The lock knobs are also not the best and are not drilled/tapped very well... they took lots of fiddling to make them screw in properly (other reviewers have noted this too). It is still a decent stand for the cost.

I've been a contractor for 23 years.. honestly for the money it's hard to beat. BUT... One Huge Flaw is the knobs to tighten the supports are TRASH... Fine threads Filled with paint that I practically had to re_tap just to get them to thread in with out stripping out. The arms are pretty narrow and flimsy unfortunately. other than that it holds my heavy 10" slide miter no problem without wabbling etc..

Very good quality item once it arrived. Shipping took 5 extra days and although it had been handled many extra times and the box looked bad. The item was packaged very well and was fine when I set it up. This was UPS misrouted and they were not at all responsive.
