Terrible bag, terrible service
Magnetic clasp separated at the seams after a couple months of use. Also, handles are affixed to rings on handbag that open easily, causing the handles to come off. (I actually lost mine.) Customer Service is nonexistent. Sent emails and left messages for customer service. No response after weeks. Bag is truly a "bucket." Not so much as a pocket even.
