Already have these operating for two years outside and inside a shed. Worked perfectly for my DIY 12V solar lighting system. They have a very low energy consumption, and produce a bright, soft yellow light, just like a traditional bulb would look like. Very happy with this purchase. I recommend these bulbs.

I bought a cheap 'barn door' light for one side of my shed, which is powered by solar panels and a marine battery and have a dusk to dawn switch wired in to turn the light on at night and off during the day.I wanted to get this just to give that side of the enough light for my dogs to see where they're going at night with the lowest possible draw on my battery as possible.So far so good. It lights it up just enough to see where to walk, but it's not much brighter than that - but that's OK it does exactly what I need it to do.It's mounted about 7-8 feet high and lights up a good area.

not only are these bright without a shade if placed hanging in the middle of a room, but when placed out of direct sight and get the reflection off a wall, (i have it in between the bookshelf and the wall that is about a foot away from the wall so the bulb is out of my view, and it really is like a incandescent bulb, im impressed, first warm white that actually is warm white in a led bulb, as long as you get the shading right and your not directly looking at a bare bulb, it surly is a nice warm color

I bought these lights for use in an off-grid (12V) photovoltaic system. I hooked up the bulbs to a 12V power supply to measure the actual current and these bulbs measured 0.16A at 12V which is 1.92W, almost exactly the rated 2W power. The description states that these bulbs are equivalent to a 25W old fashioned incandescent bulb, which seems about right to me. But keep in mind, that is not a lot of light. This bulb works great to light up a small area to provide safe passage or for ambiance but the amount of light isn't really sufficient (at least for most people) for reading or other activities. These bulbs are the "standard" E26 screw-in base (the same used for standard 110VAC house bulbs). In my case, we are using standard light fixtures that have been retrofitted for the off-grid solar system, so having the E26 base is super handy. The bulbs look really nice and appear very professionally made. My biggest question going forward will be how long the last in practice - too early to tell, but I will try to update this review after I have more experience with them. But so far, I am entirely pleased. They seem to match the description perfectly, they work well and I feel like they were sold at a fair price.

I wanted an outdoor lamp but I did not want to run a 110v line. I bought normal outdoor fixtures and wired them to my low voltage landscape power supply. They are almost too bright.

Used this bulb for new light fixtures in our RV remodel. Works great to convert AC fixtures to 12v DC. The light is on the warmer side but isn't too far off from my 3000k ceiling lights. Wish it was a tad bit brighter but for the size of the bulb, definitely adequate.

This woulds have been 5 stars across the board.I ordered a package of 4. One blew out immediatelywhen connected to a 12 volt battery. Defective?Other 3 no problem. Brightness is wonderful.Would purchase again.

Arrived quickly. We had difficulty finding bulbs to work in our off grid cottage. These work perfectly. Bright enough but not too bright. Great price too!
