This adheres forever and has amazing stretch. This is by far one of the best tapes I’ve bought. Even adhesion. Resistance to fray very effective.

Value for money good quality durable and comfortable

I found this tape very good for easing the pain in my muscles around my ribs. It's easy to use. Unfortunately, I am allergic to the adhesive, which caused me to start itching after a day of wearing it and made the removal rather painful.Good value for money, great colour range. Durable and flexible.BUT, definitely test it out first before wrapping yourself up in it.

Great tape, I dislocated my shoulder and struggle with it at times, I use this tape before/while at the gym and it helps massively.

First of all the amount of colours it can be is amazing. Second of all, I played a whole 90 minute match of football in 22ºC weather and is has not moved an inch. It's provided great support for my ankle and knee but is so breathable so it didn't affect my performance. Absolutely awesome!!

Good KT tape and I've found it's very supportive. But it does come unstuck if you get a bit sweaty or have even a hit of moisturiser on.

Ce décolle assez rapidement avec les frottement des vêtements utilisé pour mon pouce & poignet suite à une Opération
