Great chip. I am from Louisville and they are a corner store stable in that area of the country. I moved to California and can’t find them anywhere. So I ordered them. I shared with my Neighbors and regretted doing so instantly. They come visit a lot more but soon as they hit the door the B- line right for my stash. I can not keep them in my pantry anymore. I thought I was buying the Grippo's bbq chips. Which are the best chips in the world. Plain chips are crap. Like licking salt. If I made the best bbq potato chips in the world, I would differentiate between the plain and the best bbq chips in the world. The packaging is shiny red and the bbq is shiny red with a black side on the bottom

I received a package of Grippos plain potato chips on 10.3.24. When opened to use for part of our snack, several of us immediately reacted. They just were not fresh and tasty. Really would like my account credited for this item. As you can see I order many items online for delivery from you regularly and really enjoy the timing and quality of your products. This is the second food item not up to par. Please reply to this message. I am a seasoned senior on fixed budget and would appreciate a refund.

These plain potato chips are good, solid chips: Crisp with a hearty flavor. Even though the package states that there is one-and-a-half ounces of chips, it seems like you're getting more, somehow. As referenced in the title, they are very salty, which is good for those who love salt, like me, less so for those who are supposed to cut down on salt in their diets. The reason I didn't give them a five-star review is that I've had Grippo's Bar-B-Q chips, many, many times, and it is that variety that deserves five stars. I tried the plain variety in order to cut down even further on my sugar intake, and while they were excellent, they pale in comparison with the ultra-delicious Bar-B-Q variety. But I missed that wonderful seasoning, so I'm back to getting the latter.

They don't sell them here. chips my husband enjoyed as a child. bags are huge. chips crispy and tasty!
