Both of the screen protectors cracked in normal use. I didn't even drop the phone once. Highly dissappointed. I don't know how to apply for a lifetime guarantee. Also, since the cracks are hard to recognize in a picture, it is very hard to take a picture of the screen with cracks.

Install is by far the easiest protective screen I've ever had to put on any phone. Works great and stay's on without any issues. Something about the firm glass makes it a cinch. I'm a bit of a klutz, so I've already cracked both screens Xp. My phone was fine though, so I contacted about the warranty and they followed through. Honestly for 5 bucks you can't go wrong. 5 Star :)
