Wow, this is so good. I might just have to buy some more. I use it when I make my beef stew and pot roast.

Ordered this 6 pack of the Mama Sita's Caldereta. Have been using these for years when making caldereta w/ rice. It's one of my favorite quick dishes. These packets are easy to use. The flavor is soooo, soooo good with cubed steak, potatoes, bell peppers, onions. I add a little bit of red pepper flakes and garlic powder too. Mama Sita's is top quality! You put this into the deep pan/pot after you've been cooking the steak and veggies for a little bit. And having some water and a little vegetable oil. Have it heated on high, up to boiling. And add the Mama Sita's packet. Then let it simmer

My Wife is a Philippina and makes wonderful Philippine foods and while i know this isn't her making it from scratch, i love this stuff. add some beef and veggies (potato, green pepper, onion, a little bit of green peas) VOILA .... we throw it over a bit of rice and there ya have it. a quick delicious dish that even i can't screw up. ok, well, MAYBE i could but i haven't as yet at least.

Same product my wife has used for years for her caldereta. Delicious. The local philipino store stopped carrying it. It might be a bit cheaper elsewhere if you can find it, but all in all happy to find it on Amazon.

These are the same packets sold in store, but for a better value. Came packaged well, and authentic! Cooked with it the next day, and all is good. great way to stock up!
