Clears up skin from the inside out
I’ve only been taking these for about 3-4 wks and I just wanted to say I have seen an immense improvement in my skin! I’ve always had clear great skin until I hit 40 and started to have clogged pores and hormonal breakouts. Nothing I did was working. I’d get breakouts right before my cycle started like clockwork. It was beyond frustrating. I got peels. Facials. All of the things. But the biotin has done something from the INSIDE. My skin is perfect. Nails getting stronger. Not sure about hair yet but just my skin getting back to normal and looking supple is worth it. I take 2 pills a day. Anyone wanting to see improvement in their skin should definitely give it a try.

Order these on repeat!
I am in menopause and these have been a true lifesaver for my nails and hair. I noticed my hair was starting to thin and a friend recommended that I try these because she had been taking it. I was so happy that after several weeks I started to notice a difference in the strength of my nails and the reduction and hair fall out. I’ve had these on my subscribe and save ever since. The pill is very easy to take and does exactly what I need it to do.

Too early to tell…
On my 2nd month and still a little early to tell, but, I am noticing significant baby hair growth. I suffer from an autoimmune disease so when I go into a flare hair loss is the first target sadly. I do notice my nails aren’t brittle as much anymore. I’ll have to recap after taking this for a little longer.Don’t expect miracles. Consistency is key which I take it daily. One thing I don’t like is that the bottle is so big for the quantity. The packaging is not good as the soft gels stick together which I can see that being a problem in the heat.

Good product
I am on my 2nd bottle. I do believe I am seeing a change. My skin is softer for sure. My hair seems more manageable. Too soon to know if there is new growth but I like how my hair is behaving

Think it’s a good producr
Only taken f or one week & not experiencing hair fall out like I have been. But nails are still peeling. May take more time for nails to heal.

🌟🌟🌟 Great Hair Growth, But Triggered My Hormonal Acne
I’ve been taking the Sports Research® Biotin 10,000mcg for a couple of months, and there are definitely some great things about it. The softgels are easy to take (no weird aftertaste), and I really appreciate that they’re vegan, non-GMO, and free of gluten and soy. The inclusion of organic coconut oil is a nice touch and likely helps with absorption. That said, while I did notice improvement in the length and overall health of my hair, this supplement unfortunately triggered some acne flare-ups for me. I already deal with hormonal acne, and this seemed to make it worse. Most likely due to the biotin. It’s a bummer because the product is clearly potent and effective in other ways.If you don’t have sensitive or acne-prone skin, this might be a fantastic option. But if you’re like me and have existing hormonal acne, just proceed with caution. For me, it's a solid 3-star product—great benefits, but not without drawbacks.
