I use this to make ramen. Flavor is great although with any healthy food you sacrifice a little on flavor. I would probably go with the brown rice instead of the forbidden.

I love how quick and easy these are to cook - I'm always thinking of the carb last as I'm already cooking so these are perfect! Love the forbidden rice and having all the back up packs. Don't know if they're less expensive than the store, but this works for me.

Excellent flavor and perfect for the base for stir fry, soups and protein bowls. You can get really creative mixing these with various sauces, toppings and chicken/shrimp/tofu/beef etc. Great for when I don’t have a lot of time to cook but don’t want unhealthy takeout. And added bonus they look pretty in a bowl with colorful veggies. Highly recommend.

Good flavor, but small portion, However I would buy again.

My kids love ramen but since going GF they can't eat regular ramen. This stuff is da bomb. It cooks up quickly and tastes just like regular ramen. If you have time to soak, it's better, but even if not you just need to stir a lot to get it to come apart. Be warned, the forbidden rice flavor will color everything dark purple, so if you don't like drinking black soup, get one of the other flavors.

W use them to replace wheat based pasta in Italian and orientl dishes.
