pear flavoring
We added a 4 ounce bottle of pear flavor to our 5 gallons of pear wine and it really tastes great, especially after letting the bottles rack for a few weeks. I have to admit, we were a little skeptical at first but the end result was satisfying!

Great product!
I used this in a 5 gallon porter beer batch. I used the whole bottle which was the perfect amount of peanutbutter flavor. Sometimes these extracts taste like a fake chemical taste but this is very good. Highly recommend it.

Strongly peachy, but requires aging after adding
I used 2 oz of this 4oz bottle on a 5 gallon batch of peach saison. The resulting flavor was intensly peachy, but also very artificial. It tastes like artificial sweeteners. Considering the product says it is made for 5 gallon batches, and warnes that flavors like peach may need a higher rate of flavoring, I am disappointed that 2oz produced an artificial flavor.Edit:. After aging four two months I am left with a saison that still smells strong of peach but has a mild, subtle peach taste. The beer is enjoyable now, but the large difference between smell and tast along with the 2 month aging period required to make a palatable peach flavor keeps this product from being a 5 star. I recommend this proyfor those looking to enhance there peach flavors but understand it may enhance smell more than taste and that it may force you into a several month wait.

If you get any of this on you or your clothing... you will smell good!
This extract added even more blue berry flavor and aroma to our beer. Highly recommend it!

Really sweet, not tart at all
It's not tart like rhubarb, it's very sweet. I tried a little mixed with a brew and it's awful. It has the flavor of strawberry and Lilac or some floral thing. I knew this was a risk when I bought it, but it was actually worse tasting than the worst I could imagine it tasting. Grassy would have been preferable. Honestly straight malic acid tastes more of rhubarb than this.

Not the best mango flavor
Notes of mango but not great. Used it in a batch of vodka hard seltzer I kegged. I don't get a ton of mango even though it is exactly a 5 gallon batch. If I were to use it again, I'd recommend maybe 1.5-2x the recommended amount for 5 gallons. Perhaps for beer, it might be better as you only want a hint of mango.

No wine before its time!
I purchase this chocolate flavoring to go into an Orange fruit home-made wine at bottling. I was able to get the flavor that I wanted in two of the three gallons of wine I was making.I'm really anxious to see the result after a few months of aging and expecting good results.
