It’s the one! … but no hardware or instructions…
Totally worked. Fixed the stair. But no instructions or hardware. Emailing the ladder company direct was helpful for advice and info but wish that had come with instructions and hardware to save us the hours searching on YouTube for hints.

Bit of a process to install
Replaced both the left and the right ladder hinges on a 29 year old Louisville fold down attic ladder. A bit more expensive than some of the other ones on Amazon, but I’m betting that if there is good as the originals from Louisville, they will last another 29 years. I say it was a bit of a process to install because the original hinges were riveted in. Had to take up the decking in the attic to get behind the trim to cut the rivets with a grinder. After after the rivets we’re cut , The old hinge came out easily and then I just installed a new one with leg screws. Ladder was good isn’t it? My ladder was 29 years old. Hopefully they change the design From rivets to screws, and in the process would be much easier to replace the hinge

Make sure these are the right arms before you buy!
I bought this kit when our attic ladder arm broke. Our ladder didn't have a label so I just tried to match the arms. These were slightly different. When I went to return them they required the buyer to pay for return shipping. So make sure you do not but the wrong arms!

Perfect fit. Easy to install. Made exactly like original. Attic ladder is now working again.

Repair Your Folding Stairs
As advertised. Reasonable price.Removing the counter-spring while in the attic with the folding stair folded up was difficult. With the old brace removed you will have to still stand on the folded down ladder to attach the new brace. A bit tricky with only half of the support on the folding staif.
