I thought this was going to be a bit much for me but I really like it. The color looks extremely intense online but its a bit softer and not shockingly colored. It's glossy and goes on easily, but does wear off fairly quickly, requiring reapplication if you want to maintain that saturated color. I wear it by itself and also over the top of a Burt's Bees lip stain for a more intense, longer lasting look. I'll continue to buy it in the future because it's a fun color that puts an outfit just over the top, without being obnoxious.

mmm.. I bought this because of the positive reviews (its genuine red hot color) but I was a bit disappointed this is too bright and bold.I'm light brown skinned with yellowish tone and could appear fair and tanned depending on the lighting. I was surprised how much I have to tone it down because of the too bold color. I have to apply literally only on the tips of lip to spread it out and appear moderately red as the color has orange-ish undertone so it'd appear chili-sauce red, not scarlet. Maybe other reviewers' skin goes well with this tone but not me. But I do like this is natural, and sun-protective, which is rare in lip gloss.

I love this lip gloss and this company. Cruelty free is of utmost importance to me. I feel good supporting a company that has its' values in place. It also doesn't contain a lot of harsh chemicals you find in regular lip gloss :-)

I got my first tube of Zuzu gloss at Whole Foods a few months ago. At 55, I had long become jaded and frustrated with finding SOME - any! - solution for my permanently chapped lips. I'd tried every kind of brand (expensive to cheap) with every combination of ingredient (Vit E, sunblock, 12-hour, etc.,) and found out a few things along the way: I HATE overly scented/flavored glosses. That rules out any kind of gloss with fruit, bubblegum, peppermint, vanilla, mocha or other kind of smell. They simply overwhelm anything I eat or drink, and I can not stand having a smell waft around on my lips all day. Vit E was good ... but it leaves just about a permanent lip mark on any wine glass. Any lip balm, gloss or stick with sunblock in it chaps my lips - ditto for petroleum-based lip products. Bummer. The super long-lasting glosses are KILLER on my lips - tough to wash off and make them chapped to pieces. So I have been beyond ecstatic to find that whatever is in Zuzu gloss it is the single, only lip product I've ever found to actually help my lips stay hydrated, plump, not chapped or wrinkled. That is a tall order for someone over 50 who also loves the outdoors (sun, wind, all that). Only down side: I find that all but two of the Zuzu colors are pretty garish or awful. So I have stocked up on the two colors that work well on my skin (for my age) and I am thrilled.

I love this lip gloss! Out all of the products that I tried it's definitely my favorite. It has an amazing brilliant shine and color and it doesn't wear out quickly.

I have very sensitive lips (age 62) and search and search for lip color that doesn't burn or cause my lips to peel. I ran across this product at Whole Foods and ordered one from Amazon. It is wonderful, but I only gave it 4 stars because it doesn't stay on as long as I feel it should. The tube is really, really small as well. It's very nice though and I plan to order again.

Lasts a long time, it’s creamy, not dry and the color is perfect for me.

This make up is vegan and cruelty free which is why I purchased it. The container is well made and sturdy and I anticipate it lasting awhile. The color is a bit lighter than I expected per the picture. I believe this will be my go to makeup. Very satisfied. Properly packaged and quickly shipped.
