This is an amazing welder, you have to know some things first though. Number one if you plan on using the pen then you must get the 240 version . Also if you live in the usa the 240 versions come with the wrong Plug, it comes with a 120 usa plug on iy and if you plug your 240 version into a 120 outlet, I'm not sure but you possibly could destroy it, I don't know why morphon did this but it is wrong, your machine should come with this plug https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000U3HYQK/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_xAjDFbDPB42X0, put it on and plug it into a 240 20a outlet, if you don't have one you going to have to buy a 240 20a outlet and run a 12/2 with ground line to your breaker box and make sure it is in both phases so you are getting 240 and but 120, 240 breakers usually take up 2 slots on your panel because it has to use a phase on both sides of the box which is known as split phase in the usa. If you do this then this welder is the best on the market and will not give you any problems

220volt version. Item arrived with the wrong plug on it. It had a standard 120v 15amp plug. Once I changed the plug to 240v one. I couldn't be more happy with this welder. I can weld. .2mm nickel strip using the pin with plenty of power to spare. I honestly think the 220v can weld .35mm nickel strip. Go with the 220 and order a plug. If you can spot weld you can change a plug

First, I work at Amazon (Vice President level). This but this seller was still terrible, beyond terrible. I'm > 350 orders per year and this is the worse, by far. The unit did not work, and still does not work, after months of waiting. They made up excuses for 3 week lags on replies and, in the end, they send me a new motherboard that did not fit! Stay away from this seller and also stay away from SUNKKO. Once I opened up their product, I saw nothing but shoddy workmanship. This is a real review -- buyer beware!
