Safer to use than non flexible metal sounds.
The set varies in ever increasing diameters, which are all listed in mm's but are easy enough to find the conversion charts to inch measurements online. For example, the 6.5 mm diameter is aprox. 1/4" . They all are the same length, which is about 14 inches. If you use them to their full depth, you will reach into your bladder. You can go about 8" or so and can feel it in your prostrate, which is stimulating. Use the diameter you are comfortable with, you shouldn't Force it into your urethra and cause pain. Start smaller, and work your way up. Use something like alcohol to rinse the sound off and kill germs before use. Warm water and soap supposedly works too. You Must use a lubricant too, preferably a water soluble one like Surgilube. You do Not need excessive amounts of lubricant. The silicon sounds are flexible, and not as rigid as steel, but you should do a web search of the male reproductive system so you fully understand how things work in there, and where they are, and will see, it is Not in a straight line. So understand how flexible sounds might be potentially less painful or unlikely to produce a harmful effect versus solid metal ones.
