Testor Plastic Cement

He probado con diferentes clases de pegamento para reparar las figuras de mi colección, y cada resultado era una desavenencia. O se hacían empastes facil de quebrar o se me pegaban los dedos. En una página de artesanos coleccionistas, descubrí este y me aventure. Santo remedio!! Transparente, firme y de rápido secado.. Que buen producto. Es el mejor pegamento gel que he conocido hasta ahora. Muy recomendable.

The orange smell is nice, but it doesn't make it a real good product. Hunt for the real stuff that smells like glue. I found it, got it and threw away this orange smelling stuff. I was disappointed with it.

I've used this exact cement for over fifty years and it is the very best for building plastic models. I've tried the non-toxic Testors cement and after about a year, the parts start falling off. I've tried many other cements but none of them worked well. If you are building a plastic model use the right stuff. The glue stick from Testors is also very good as is the Testors liquid cement. The secret is to buy Testors products for building your models. I am also the owner of an online model store that sells products from Amazon.com and [...]. I've been in business for fourteen years in April 2010 and I've personally built over three hundred models. I know what I'm talking about and this is the glue that I really like and I have found no other that works anywhere as well. The YellowAirplane Guy.

Used to assemble a model SR-71. I was able to apply it so it adhered without leaving any visible traces. Perfect!

I looked locally for this product with no luck. The glue is the only thing to use on plastic models, which are not as popular as they were in the 1960's, but still exist. I used it for a Visible V8 and it handled all my bonding needs except where I had to attach metal nuts to the plastic, that required 2-part epoxy to adhear to the metal. This is the timeless plastic model cement. I don't know if it kills brain cells like the stuff from the 60's, but it does hold plastic together well.
