2 - La Guacamaya Authentic Hot Sauce Bottle Mexican Hot Sauce Salsa 5.07 oz Each

Saw this recommended by A.C. Slater on a YouTube video where he says this is his favorite hot sauce and said it's a common condiment on restaurant tables in Mexico. Well, me being a fan of hot sauce (and trying new ones) and Saved by the Bell, I had to try it!So, do I like it? Yes. Is it my favorite? No. What's better? IMO, Frank's Red Hot and Cholula are the best. That said, there is a certain flavor note in La Guacamaya that I really like that I swear I've tasted somewhere before. Can't put my finger on it... but if I could, I would take that specific flavor note out of La Guacamaya and make THAT into an amazing sauce! I know it already exists, I just don't know where; but it is very present in this sauce and that is why I'm giving this five stars! But I want that specific note of flavor all by itself! Wish I could describe it but not sure how... other than to say, maybe, it's what soy sauce wishes it could be. Don't get me wrong, it does not taste like soy sauce. Like I said, I'm not really sure how to describe it... but anyway, you gotta try it!

Received items from a strange seller who suddenly seems to have huge quantities of this at very low (lower than cost) prices. Bottles were expired last year and they had just restickered them with a new best by date. Gross! PS Cad is short for Caducidad in Spanish which means expiration. Recommend emailing first for an exact expiration date. They have to record this when sending to Amazon so don't put up with any BS :) :) :)The sauce itself I've been buying for years it's really good!

We tried this hot sauce in Cabo and it is so good. Great flavor and spicy!
