I received this bidet today, installed it and used it one time, so, I am basing this on my initial reaction, this bidet was easy to install and has all the features I could ask for! It cleans and dries perfectly and once I learn all the bells and whistles, I believe I'll only like it better. I had some worries about getting a bidet with an attached control because I'm pretty hefty and worried I wouldn't be able to see the buttons. That is not a problem. I can see them just fine.One thing I might mention is that our toilet is very, very old with a rigid water connection hose. So, after considerable research and talking to the manufacturer, we hooked it to the cold water connection of our sink (which sits next to the toilet). We had to use a longer hose (our toilet was 30" away from the sink, so, we got a 36" long 1/2" by 1/2" hose) and it works great!The reason we gave it four stars overall is because they sent us an elongated seat instead of a round seat, so, we waited considerably longer than we'd have liked to receive it and get it installed. Another reason is that when I called them (Coway), prior to ordering the bidet, and asked how long the connection hose was, they told me it was 48". It was way shorter than that, so, we had to order the longer hose. We wound up using a hose from a handheld shower head!) However, once we sent it back and they received it, the correct one got here faster than they said it would! (They got it here before we ran of toilet paper, so, all is well!)I would recommend this bidet!

I had never used a bidet before installing this and am now convinced that they should be standard issue on every toilet. Temp control is a big plus, both for the seat, but especially the water. Water pressure is sufficient when used at maximum. I installed it myself in about an hour. You don't need to turn the water off to the entire house, just the valve that supplies the toilet. Wished I'd gotten one years ago.

Everything about this seat is great and easy to understand. The one thing is the dryer air is not warm and the dryer is a little too gentle, it will most likely not dry you. Otherwise the settings are easily adjustable, the seat warmer is a welcome feel in the middle of winter. Watch and follow the installation video and you'll be done in 30 minutes.

Bidet itself is good. Had to ask my super to install but worked out... however the lid won’t stay open.... i have to fight with the toilet cover off my back every time I go to bathroom. If you have constipation, don’t get it bc you will lose ur poop while fighting with that lid off ur back

Reviewing the Round toilet model. The other shape may be fine, I don't know. Problem is twofold1) the opening is very small. Smaller that the seat it replaced. Not a big difference but coupled with problem #2, its enough that I had to return unit.2) Design flaw that the back of the unit "pushes" you forward on the seat. Compared to a regular seat where you could shift forward or back an inch, with this unit, there is a steep slope at the back that prevents you from shifting back.I would say any adult male over 5 feet tall / 150lbs can not use this at all. I can't speak for females but I think most would find the opening too small as well . Children might be fine ... but this isn't targeted at children.Features are awesome. Works just as described. Install wasn't too bad. Just too small.

We've had the bidet for a couple of weeks and are pleased with it's varied options and the quality. Adjustable temperature of both water and the seat, adjustable spray position (forward/back and also a side-to-side motion). Great features! It was very easy to install once we had a GFCI outlet added near the toilet.

The product itself is outstanding, it works really well and has a lot of cool features. It is a 5 star product. So why only 2 stars? Well when ordering you need to make sure that you get the correct one for your toilet, round or elongated, I have a round toilet. I made sure to pick round. What came in the post? Elongated. It is frustrating. I processed the return but am waiting what seems forever for the replacement. I will update the review when I get the correct one.
