You might use these in the kitchen and for parties, but I'm using them in the greenhouse and garden!They're inexpensive, smooth, sturdy and the 7" length make unobtrusive seedling stakes for that extra bit of support. They also work beautifully to hold plant labels all season long. When they're no longer usable they'll make nutritious soil for the next generation after composting.I expect a lot of questions about them when we can safely have visitors again. In the meantime, they're helping me to beautify and feed my world during Covid isolation. Thanks!

I've been making kabobs lately and this is very easy to pierce through the veggie and holds them well. I've had the round bamboo ones which would sometimes break the mushrooms in halves. This doesn't do that since its flatter but very sturdy!

I use these as sturdy toothpicks to eat my Ahi Poke and other hor d'oeuvres with.

I offer these instead of forks when I serve Patatas Bravas. Put a glass of picks on the table and let people help themselves. Also good for serving meatballs in sauce, as they're very sturdy.

These are good for mini-skewers for cookouts. I soaked them in water for a couple hours before using and they didn't burn on the grill. They also didn't splinter like the thin, round skewers sold in the grocery store.

I think these would work very well for food presentation, but I actually bought them to use as stilettos while sewing. I use them to turn the edges of applique pieces. Keeps my fingers away from the hot iron.

I used these to spear my caprese salad (mozzarella balls, basil leaves and balsamic vinegar) oh they look so pretty!I wish I had a picture of them but my (professional) photographer forgot to take pictures of my food at my 50th birthday party.I highly recommend these. They make the simplest food look pretty and fancy. There were no splinters!....so that's always a plus!

I absolutely love these skewers! they are so sturdy and sometimes can be used more than once if not badly scorched. they look nice too. looking for some slightly shorter ones next.
