This is exactly what I was looking for. I guess it's the same old cliche...you get what you pay for! This is a great little Professional Damascus Chef Knife and I'm really impressed with it.Pros:Beautifully precision-craftedCuts easily through all meat and vegetablesWell balanced and comfortable to holdEasy to Use and CleanServe well for many years.Cons:It doesn't have any other color size for this model if you want a red one you can't.Overall, the Deik Professional Damascus Chef Knife is easy to use and portable. I like cooking so this does work for me. I will highly recommend it.

Bought this knife as I was fed up of mine not cutting anymore. What can I say? The box it comes in is fantastic, the actual knife. Wow. I absolutely love the design on the blade it's brilliant. As for the knife cutting. I've cut chicken, vegSalad and potatoes and it just glide through it. No effort whatsoever. It's so sharp. It's comfy to hold and not awkward like some knives. Can't fault it whatsoever. Now need a full set of them.This is most definitely a 5-star product and I would recommend it to anyone, whether you're a whiz in the kitchen or not, it’s a must-have item and has been an excellent purchase for me.

This knife comes sharp and has good edge geometry. It's a real good slicer and chopper. The steel seems good and holds an edge well. The size is medium. It's not a full size chef's nice, but it works well for processing most veggies and meats. The "Damascus pattern" appears to be laser etched on the blade...for improved aesthetics maybe?

We couldn't be more pleased with our knives. An investment for sure but worth every penny. They are beautifully precision-crafted, well balanced and comfortable to hold, the razor-sharp blade cuts easily through all meat and vegetables. Sharp and stays that way handles beautifully in that it is so well built you don't feel as though. I get a thrill each time I use them, what was once a chore with my old knives is now a pleasure. A wooden chopping board is a must and take great care when washing them after use.you have been using even during long sessions of use. Highly recommended.

I have to say that the box looks great when I receive it. The knife is easy handle for me. What’s more, it doesn’t slip easily when it becomes greasy. The weight is just right and quality is good too! So, it is a really really good choice for daily kitchen. I like it so much!

Very satisfied with this purchase! My wife always want a replacement of our current kitchen knife and I heard many times she was complaining about the old one. She tried this as soon as it came out of the package and very pleased with it. She told me the knife is perfect in weight and size since the previous one is too light. It does a wonderful job in cutting veggies and meat. I am happy to see she likes it since she is the one does most of the food preparation work.

Upon opening the box I was impressed with the quality of the packaging the knife was in and once opened the knife inside oozed quality even before you picked it up. Once in the hand, the knife feels very balanced and comfortable. And the 6" Chef Knife looks stunning with its patterned blade. From an aesthetic point of view, they look quality in my kitchen. I expect the chef’s knife be the most used knife in my kitchen due to its versatility.
