Birdseye cotton gets its name from the weft design of the fabric. Close up it looks like small diamonds and this is what gives this wonderful fabric a very absorbent yet light feel. These 100% organic birdseye cotton handkerchiefs are so soft, fine textured and densely knit, they should last for years. As unbleached material, you will notice the fabric is not white, but instead a rich creamy color. Our 100% organic birdseye cotton fabric is a GOTS certified fabric and is also woven in a free trade certified factory, which means that they maintain environmentally and socially responsible policies. Since 2007, our family run business takes pride in making every one of our handkerchiefs by hand with careful attention given to detail offering our discerning shopper the finest quality organic handkerchief available. The handkerchief set is comprised of 3 cream handkerchiefs, all sized 14" x 14". They are machine washable (on a normal cotton cycle) and dryable and should be ironed on a cotton setting.
