This worked for about 2 weeks, then stopped working. When you turn the switch on, no light, nothing happens, urn is dead. I'm not happy that I have to waste time repacking this piece of junk to return it. Don't waste your money.

Pricey but the old adage you get what you pay for applies here . Use for church meeting finally really hot water for tea
