Rock tape is the ONLY athletic tape, that sticks when you sweat. Every other tape is a waste of money. It lives up to its name as tape. No extra spray adhesives. Best product out there.

This tape works great! I work with water and am constantly washing my hands, so far this is the only brand of k tape thay actually stays adhered o my wrist for multiple days! Also, I have very sensitive skin, and the adhesive does not bother me at all. It can be a little tough to get off (like a bandaid) but I just run warm water on it as I take it off and it helps.

I bought this to help support my knees and back as I do physical therapy exercises. It has helped immensely! The adhesive stays on, even through showering- maybe a little too well. I use adhesive remover pads to get it all off. It is comfortable to wear, but does tend to fray a bit at the edges after a day. Not a big deal for me. I wouldn’t wear it more than 2 days, as it may cause skin irritation. The tape is easy to cut and simple to apply. It stretches nicely. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and will buy it again.

This tape did not stay one despite cleaning skin with hand sanitizer and rubbing alcohol.
