Company needs to resolve packaging issue

I did not like that this product arrived opened. It was not in a box, and it had spilled all over the box.

I cannot open it
The shipping took about 3-4 weeks. The bottle is not full enough. I cannot open the pump. I haven't tried the soap yet, but I am already dissapointed.
