I was looking for an inexpensive solution to cool my office during the summer months. (It’s on the second floor where the ac just doesn’t cut the heat well enough.) This is perfect! It doesn’t cool the entire room but keeps me nice and cool! I even had to turn it down as I was getting cold! It also puts a little moisture in the air which is perfect for my situation. I live in a desert climate with very little humidity. I Love it! It’s going to make working this summer bearable!This would be awesome to use at work if your desk area gets too warm.

Honestly not sure how this product has a 4-star review.Poorly designed:-Power plug is directly below the water inlet you're supposed to use to pour water into the base.Product description stated "This USB air cooler...." : does NOT power off USB, comes with a 24V DC Wall plug in that is a brick. They know smartphones have been making nice small, convenient plugs, yea?-Lowest fan setting is louder than my computer running at full power; for reference has 9 fans; and gets exponentially louder with the two higher fan speed settings. Fan also sounds like it's rattling on the lowest setting.-Works alright in blowing cooler than ambient air. Can only feel a difference if blowing directly at you, so only your face will be cooled if pointing the directional fan blades at your face.-Can toggle a fine-mist spray, that makes it sounds like there is running or trickling water; can be a nice white-noise.-Was not expecting the base to be fixed to the fan housing. Thought you would be able to detach the water reservoir to make it easy to fill with water/ice, but no; you're supposed to fill it through an opening 1/4" below the fan intake, and directly above the power input port. So don't spill.-It other wise looks decent from the front, though I'm not a fan of the sharp light changes when you have the lights enabled. Just instantly swaps from one color to the next where it would be nicer if it faded between them. So can be a bit distracting visually, instead of a pleasant ambiance.Overall, not really pleased. For $50 I was expecting much more convenience and a decently designed product. Will most likely be returning it.-Yes, it only weighs two pounds so it is "maneuverable/portable", but only has a four foot power cord that must be plugged into a wall outlet.-Yes, it is "easy to use". It only has 4 buttons; but filling it with water/ice is NOT easy. Might recommend purchasing a funnel with this.-Yes, it does make your face more comfortable in a warm room when you have it blowing directly towards your face; but not all that much more than a $7 fan would.-Not really worth the money to me; rather disappointed for the price paid.Update: Sorta cooled what it was directly blowing on, that is until it stopped working after 2 weeks. Amazon refuses to let me return the defective product and the seller doesn't respond. DO NOT PURCHASE.

It's decent if you have it on the highest level, with the chiller on, and within 1 foot of it. It just doesn't provide enough power. Even with all those settings, you'd probably get better effects having a fan on a higher setting. It really needs more power. It's not enough power for the cost. You are really just paying for the gimmicky feel of the lights and the mister, but not actually getting any real benefit. You also can't refill it with ice cubes while it's still running. The hatch is too small. Love the idea but needs improvement.

It's not portable, it's not USB, and it's not cooling. I bought this because the a/c in my truck broke, and I thought I could get a little bit of relief at least with the cooling fan. All it does is spray water and the hot air at you, and I couldn't even test it in my truck because it can't be tipped and doesn't even plug into USB as mentioned in the listing. Waste of money. When I tested it in a hot room it made zero difference unless my hand was an inch away from it, and then it just made my hand wet from the spray.

I needed 2 air conditioners for a couple of rooms. I thought I would give this small device a try.It is small, approximately10-12"To operate you open the back dispenser and put in ice along with water. I found the more ice, the better it works. But, you need the water to create the cool steam.The features are a timer for 2 or 4 hrs and you can choose the speed by pressing the power button. There is also a light that can light the base to different colors.You can adjust the vent to three different positions.After you fill the dispenser and turn the button on, a fine mist comes out.I used it on a nightstand near my bed on a hot night.It did a great job for 4 hours.It's very easy to use and worth the $.I highly recommend this portable a/c unit for a small space.
