Q: I have a 10x20x9 carport that I want to convert to a greenhouse what size do you reccomend?

I would recommend 10x25 or 10x30 wide sheet of green house plastic. I use 10x25 for my greenhouse which is 10 by 15 feet

Q: Does this film have anti-condensate

I don't think so. Condensation builds up on the interior. I think you are looking for Thermal Anti-Condensate Greenhouse Film.

Q: What do you recommend covering windows that faces a lake? Lots of wind in the winter.

I've never used this particular product but if you use any kind of plastic , even well secured, you're going to have a lot of noise when the wind whips up. Plexi-glass?

Q: is 20 x 25 the exact size or do they run over size

I dont believe it was over 20 x 25. it is great quality though and heavy weight. This is our 2nd year with it on our greenhouse, would buy again for sure.
